Warranty Policy
Super Z LLC dba Concrete Floor Supply warrants that our products and the information supplied by us is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Such information supplied about our products and uses is not a representation or a warranty. It is supplied on the condition that you will make your own tests to determine the suitability of the product for your own particular purpose.
Any use or application is the sole responsibility of the user. Listed physical properties are typical and should not be construed as specifications.
Concrete Floor Supply MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR APPLICATION. THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, DESIGN COMPATIBILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE AND SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DUE TO INJURY, DELAY OR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR INSTALLATION OR REPAIR.
Acceptance of delivery of our product means that you have accepted the terms of this warranty whether or not purchase orders or other documents state terms that vary from this warranty. Upon receipt of merchandise, purchaser has 30 days to notify Concrete Floor Supply in writing that the materials are defective. Defective product means that it is not merchantable and has not been used. Claims after 30 days of purchase are void. Should any of Concrete Floor Supply products prove to be defective within the 30 days from the purchase date, Concrete Floor Supply, at its sole discretion will either replace the material, issue a credit, or provide a refund for the initial paid purchase price of the material.
Certain Products may contain chemicals which may cause serious physical injury. Before using, read the Materials Safety Data Sheet and follow all precautions to prevent harm.
We have no control over the shipment after it leaves our facility. Tracking numbers are provided by email to allow customers the opportunity to follow the progress of their packages online. If the customer receives a damaged package, he or she should contact the shipper and file a claim.
COF Warning: OSHA and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) have enforceable standards for slip resistance on pedestrian surfaces. The current Coefficient of friction required by ADA is .6 on level surfaces and .8 on ramps. Concrete Floor Supply recommends the use of slip resistant additives in all coatings or floor systems. It is the installers/end user’s responsibility to meet these safety standards. Concrete Floor Supply is not responsible for the application results and manner at which our products are used as we have no control over the end user. Concrete Floor Supply is therefore not responsible for insuring that our products meet these standards and is not responsible for injury and any other liability in meeting these standards.
