Question: What is a good way to transition from metals to resins when polishing concrete? Answer: This refers to a more traditional way of polishing concrete floors where you start with a metal and transition into resin bonded diamond.   Many polishers have trouble getting the scratches out of the floor they put into it with their ‘metals’. Transitional diamonds help in this process.   We have what’s called a metal resin diamond that comes in 3” and are velcro backed.  These can help remove metal scratches. In fact, many polishers start floors with this type of tool.   Note: Polishing floors using our DNA Satellite Pads eliminates putting deep scratches in the floor and makes the polishing process quicker, and easier with less error.
